Design Collaboration
We work with the customer’s R&D team right from the design stage to ensure that the product can be appropriately vacuum-formed. This also allows the customer to view product design options for any part.
Over the years, we have had design collaboration with medical equipment manufacturers as well as bus coach builders too.
Reverse Engineering
In the absence of CAD data or 2D drawings, the tooling design has to be input from the actual part itself. Reverse engineering specifies the part's characteristics.

Re Engineering
Re-engineering is required for parts ordered, which have previously been made by processes other than vacuum-forming. Re-engineering renders their design appropriate for vacuum-forming.
High Volume Manufacture
Our Infrastructure is geared for a range of high-volume manufacture, with quantities ranging according to the requirement.
Import Substitution
Vacuum-forming also offers our customers strategic locally-produced substitutes that can match or exceed their current imported options in quality, cost and delivery.
